Northamptonshire County Council wishes to appoint a Principal Contractor to undertake the construction of a New Build 2FE Primary School at Oakley Vale, Corby, Northamptonshire. It is expected that the contract will last for a period of 48 weeks and will take the form of a JCT Standard form of Building Contract 2011 agreement and priced on a Bill of Quantities as a part of this Tender process.
